An ASCII is an electronic file containing the text of a transcript. It is the most basic electronic form of a transcript file, so formatting and pagination may be skewed depending on the software into which it is loaded (WordPerfect, Word, etc.)
Amicus or Summation
These are versions of an ASCII specifically formatted for compatibility with Amicus or Summation document management software. Note: E-Transcripts may also be converted to either of these formats.
